The Network Engagement Lead is responsible for designing, cultivating, and sustaining a

vibrant, connected leadership network across Connecticut. This role will deepen relationships

among Five Frogs alumni, foster spaces of belonging and shared learning, and support the

emergence of cross-sector collaborations that strengthen organizational and community

wellbeing.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, convener, and facilitator who brings curiosity, care,

and a deep commitment to equity and collective leadership. They understand that connection

and trust are the foundation of transformation and are skilled at creating the conditions for

people to show up fully, learn from one another, and act together.
