The Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP) is seeking aResearch Associateto help lead applied research at the intersection of public opinion, civil society impact, and peacebuilding policy, generating evidence that directly informs international decision-makers and strengthens Israeli and Palestinian civil society. This position will play a central role in ALLMEPs flagshipAI PulseprogramAI-assisted large-scale public opinion and dialogue research among Israeli, Palestinian, and international audienceswhile also contributing to projects focused on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) and the impact of ALLMEPs member organizations.

The Research Associate will work closely with the Director of Impact & Policy Research to conduct literature review, design, implement, and analyze surveys and polls, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, translate insights into accessible products for diverse audiences, and support day-to-day research operations. The Research Associate is expected to independently manage substantial components of research projects while working under the strategic guidance of the Director of Impact & Policy Research. The role requires strong methodological training, excellent writing skills, and the ability to move fluidly between high-level analytical work and practical production tasks such as data management, website updates, and report design.
