Were on the hunt for our next Social Worker. This individual is responsible for providing assessment, supportive counseling, case management and support services referrals to our clients. As someone who guides with patience and empathy, this individual is the ultimate servant leader and driver of change with our clients.

The Awesome Things Youll Do

  • Provide client centered social work services to a diverse population
  • Performs initial intake and assessment to develop service plans and goals.
  • Able to engage and build rapport quickly with clients
  • Develop a portfolio of community resources and partnerships to ensure all support services needs are addressed
  • Provide coordinated case management and planning
  • Maintains client documentation and files adhering to ethical, legal and confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate with clients utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Monitors planned actions by periodic follow-up

Our Must Haves

  • Master’s in social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
  • LMSW
  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience working with diverse populations to navigate a range of systems
  • Crisis intervention and assessment skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to a strength-based person-centered approach
