Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. Either Arabic or Chinese (Mandarin) or Russian or French or Spanish is desirable.   • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in finance, administration, budget, business administration or related area is required. Experience with ERP applications such as Umoja and particularly the finance module as well as experience in using Business Intelligence is required. Experience in preparing financial reports to various donors is required. Experience in the use of information technology tools for financial analys is and monitoring of budget is desirable. Experience in Umoja or ERP role mapping and user provisioning is desirable.
