Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English and French are required. - A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible security management experience, either within the international organization, or a nationally recognized civilian or military entity is required. The minimum year of relevant experience is reduced to 5 years for candidates who possess a first level University Degree. At least three years of international experience in a multilateral organization in the field of security, including working in a conflict and post-conflict area of operation is required. A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in security operations, information analys is, data management, GIS, or a related operational field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with the United Nations in SIOC, Joint Operations Centres, or Security Operations Centres (SOC) is required.
