Location:Remote in CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, and WA (travel in the U.S. for in-person meetings is expected approx. two times a year)
Salary:$83,000 to $90,800 USD gross annually
We will determine where the salary offer will fall within this range based upon the evaluation of the qualifications during the stages of the recruitment process. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting for all U.S.based employees, partnering closely with Sr. Associate, People Operations and Finance and Accounting.
- Manage assigned employee relations matters for HQ and U.S. staff, including case support, grievance resolution, and investigation coordination.
- Oversee federal, state, and local employment reporting requirements (e.g., EEOC and similar filings), ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain U.S. and HQ People & Talent (P&T) policies and procedures that reflect best practices and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
