About the Role
The Collective Renaissance Guild is seeking highly motivated and highly organizedRegional Field Organizers in and around the surrounding areas of Albany, Augusta, Columbus, Savannah, and Tifton, Georgia,to lead our volunteer recruitment and direct voter contact program through the November 3, 2026 Midterm Election. This is a competitive, well-supported role focused on community outreach and engagement, volunteer recruitment, and canvasser mobilization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic, detail-oriented, connector, and leader, comfortable managing volunteers while executing aggressive field plan objectives.
Key Role Responsibilities
Field Program Execution
- Implement the organizations volunteer engagement strategy, including a technical/trade school and community college engagement initiative
- Research and build appropriate tracking and organizational systems to effectively recruit and engage volunteers
- Track weekly metrics and adjust tactics to meet volunteer recruitment goals
Volunteer Recruitment & Management
- Recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers
- Lead canvass launches, text and phone banks
- Help build a sustainable volunteer structure in respective geographic locations
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and prepare tabling locations and materials for field activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, and follow ups with contacts and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Prior campaign field experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading canvassers and volunteers
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation
$23-26/hour, depending on experience
Part-time, up to 29 hours per week
Start & End Dates
March 10, 2026 through the November 3, 2026 Midterm Election (potential to extend).
