MCC seeks a full-time Human Resources Professional to join our global team. The position will work closely with Area Directors to support staff in MCCs six LACA country programs: Mexico, Guatemala/El Salvador, Nicaragua/Honduras, Haiti, Colombia/Ecuador, and Bolivia. Responsibilities include areas such as policy development and interpretation, incident reporting, HR-related training, and workplace investigations. This position will be based remotely in Honduras or Mexico.
