Duties and Responsibilities
Bajo la supervision de la Division de Desarrollo Sostenible y Asentamientos Humanos de la CEPAL el/la consultor(a) debera:
- Mantener una coordinacion tecnica permanente con el equipo de la CEPAL y Organizar y facilitar reuniones con la contraparte institucional, asegurando la definicion de acuerdos operativos, cronograma de trabajo, productos esperados y mecanismos de seguimiento.
- Revision y sistematizacion de informacion existent
- Diseno preliminar, ajuste final del instrumento de gestion
- Levantamiento y analisis cualitativo de informacion
- Analisis de experiencias y fortalecimiento tecnico
- Organizar y facilitar espacios de validacion, debate y difusion
Qualifications/special skills
Titulo universitario en economia, planificacion urbana, ciencia politica, arquitectura, sociologia o cualquier otro campo relacionado a los temas de la consultoria. La consultoria requiere tener al menos 7 anos de experiencia especifica en politica publica urbana, instrumentosde regulacion y/o financiamiento urbano y derecho urbanistico en paises de America Latina. Deseable publicaciones en el area de politica urbana y/o financiamiento urbano.
Languages
El ingles y el frances son los idiomas de trabajo de la Secretaria de las Naciones Unidas, y el espanol es un idioma de trabajo de la CEPAL. Para el cargo anunciado, se requiere fluidez en espanol. El conocimiento de ingles es una ventaja.
