Provides in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing a skill based, solution focused model to help families adopt positive solutions to problems through the teaching of skills and behavioral techniques accessing community resources and support. Your responsibilities will include: Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families. Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services. Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed. Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers. Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
