Working sidebyside with fundraising colleagues, youll help us build more personalised journeys for our audiences and explore new, AIinformed ways of reaching and supporting people. Youll be supported by 35 direct reports and a collaborative network of colleagues across CRUK, all passionate about making a real, lasting difference. What youll do Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rapid, userfocused innovation projects. Develop personalised informationtosupporter journeys in partnership with fundraising teams. Explore AIenabled, multichannel ways to reach and support people affected by cancer. Use agile, sprintbased approaches to prototype, test and iterate new ideas. Work closely with colleagues across CRUK to embed insightdriven service design. What youll bring Experience leading innovation or servicedesign projects from concept to launch. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and humancentred design. Confidence using data, insights and analytics to drive decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Curiosity, resilience and comfort working in fastmoving environments.Desirable: Experience in health or cancer services; formal training in design thinking; experience setting up innovation labs.
