Salary 95,000- 102,000 UAH gross JOB OVERVIEW The Case Management Manager oversees the crisis case management service and cash for protection provision in Dnipro, Odesa, and Kharkiv. The Case Management manager will also guide and supervise non-specialized and unstructured Psychosocial Support Services programs. The Case Management Manager will be responsible for managing the caseworkers and providing daily supervision and mentoring. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program implementation: Case Management: Responsible for the overall provision of protection case management services and provision of the Individual Protection Assistance Guide and supervise non-specialized PSS programs Support planning and implementation the activities according to the overall program workplan and weekly movement plans Support and supervise the caseworkers through the provision of technical supervision through reviewing challenging or complex cases with the teams, as well as appropriate distribution of tasks within the team Development of in-house guidance and SOPs for the provision of case management services, in coordination with the PRoL Managers Staff Performance Management, Learning & Development: Coach, train, supervise and mentor case workers including communicating clear expectations, setting annual performance objectives, providing regular and timely positive and constructive performance feedback, and providing documented semi-annual performance reviews. Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions. Promote and monitor staff care and well-being. Model healthy work-life balance practices. Support appropriate interventions in response to identified staff care needs of both national and international staff. Adhere to and act following the IRC Global HR Policies and Procedures and communicate through word and example a high standard of compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Data management and reporting: Ensure the case workers maintain complete, accurate, and confidential e-case files to document beneficiary interactions and interventions using IRC tools, in collaboration with the PRoL MEAL Officer Make sure to follow case management data protection protocol for case files and clients identifying personal information. Compile and produce weekly and monthly reports on program implementation to provide information on activities and challenges Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools and collaborate with the PRoL MEAL Officer MEAL Manager on the case management beneficiary counts to inform the donor reports Coordination and representation: Ensure the development of effective working relationships with Ukrainian stakeholders including partner agencies, civil society groups, authorities, community leaders and service providers for prompt referral, follow up and information sharing Contribute to the maintenance of an up-to-date service mapping of the service providers operating in the area and take proactive steps to remain informed about the available services Receive cases referred from other agencies and allocate those cases among team members. Ensure provision of feedback regarding actions taken to other agencies, when necessary and appropriate considering confidentiality requirements Additional requirements: Foster ongoing learning, honest dialogue, and reflection at team level to strengthen safeguarding, wellbeing and duty of care, and to promote IRC values and adherence to IRC policies. Lead by example and support IRCs commitment to taking all necessary preventive measures and creating an environment where people feel safe and can report misconduct.
