As our Product Owner for Fundraising and Marketing, you will help shape the digital foundations that support lifechanging programs across the country. In this role, you will guide the evolution of key systems that enable our teams to connect with supporters, drive campaigns, and deliver meaningful impact for the individuals and communities we serve. Your work will directly contribute to better experiences, stronger outcomes, and a more sustainable future for people in need. Your key responsibilities will be to: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Fundraising and Marketing priorities. Ensure delivery work is tied to clear business outcomes and measurable value. Own and manage a single prioritised product backlog across enhancements, defects, compliance and technical debt. Make informed tradeoff decisions when priorities compete. Act as the main connection point between business stakeholders and delivery teams. Translate business needs into clear, buildready user stories and acceptance criteria. Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets expectations and supports stable system performance. Identify risks, ensure compliance requirements are met, and drive continuous improvement across product capability, delivery processes and user experience. Requirements for success Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Digital or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Digital or Technology Delivery Lead role, ideally within complex or regulated environments. Proven ability to manage and prioritise a product backlog in an agile or hybrid delivery model. Strong capability in translating complex business needs into clear, buildready requirements and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across business and IT teams to deliver technologyenabled outcomes. Background in CRM, enterprise systems, or supporter/donorfocused digital solutions is highly regarded. Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and make sound decisions in fastpaced settings. A practical, collaborative working style with high attention to detail, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
