Find out more about us and our purpose. Your opportunity Were seeking an experienced Digital Coordinator to shape the next phase of our digital growth. With our new website now live, this is an exciting time to lead enhancements, experimentation and ongoing optimisation that deliver meaningful impact. In this 12month contract, you will take ownership of improving search visibility, strengthening analytics and tagging foundations, and optimising highvalue user journeys. Youll work handson across SEO, SEM, analytics, measurement, testing and personalisation, translating insights into action that helps people find support, makes donating easier, and connects partners with the information they need. This role sits firmly on the performance and optimisation side of digital focused on search, analytics, measurement and testing, rather than content production or social media. Its ideal for someone who brings solid experience, can hit the ground running in a fastmoving digital environment, and is excited about lifting the performance of a large, missiondriven digital ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will be to: Implement and maintain SEO across the site (technical, onpage, metadata) to improve findability for people seeking support and information. Coordinate Google Ad Grants and paid search with external vendors, monitoring performance against organisational priorities. Maintain tagging, event structures and data quality in analytics/tag management platforms; configure and validate tracking for campaigns and enhancements. Develop dashboards and monthly insights that connect digital performance to Mission Australias strategic outcomes and priority journeys. Design, run and measure A/B tests and on-site optimisation activities, applying behavioural insights to improve key user journeys (support, donate, partner). Collaborate across Fundraising, Services and Campaign teams to align landing pages, measurement plans, accessibility and governance standards. Operate within digital delivery rhythmsintake/triage, QA/UAT, incident communicationand uphold privacy, accessibility and platform governance. Requirements for success Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience. 25 years experience in digital performance, analytics, or optimisation within a CMS or digital experience platform environment. Proven experience in search engine optimisation (technical, on-page, content) and coordinating paid search or Google Ad Grants. Hands-on experience with web analytics and tag management platforms for tracking, event configuration, and performance monitoring. Ability to design and run A/B tests and apply insights to improve user journeys. Familiarity with accessibility standards, structured content principles, and basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into practical recommendations. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
