About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our service in West Dorset. Based at our Weymouth premises, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services and support. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day service delivery while ensuring staff are supported, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes. There may also be occasions where travel across the county is required to provide support where there is service demand. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong leadership skills, the confidence to make decisions, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. What Youll Do Lead, manage and support a team to deliver high-quality services. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Maintain high standards of customer service and stakeholder engagement. Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement. Prepare reports and analyse statistical data when required. Respond to enquiries and ensure communication is clear, professional and effective. Support the development of new service pathways and adapt to evolving service needs. To Succeed in This Role, Youll Need: Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team while encouraging collaboration and professional development. Customer Service: Strong background in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
