Independent prescriber Location: Portland House, Sheffield, S3 8UG Working 37 hours per week – role may include some evening work, this can be discussed at interview. Salary: 43,000 – 53,000 Are you a Nurse or Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification and a passion for delivering evidence-based treatments in Substance Misuse? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Independent Prescriber to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a strong knowledge of pharmacology, and the ability to autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage patient care. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.
