Please Note: This role requires the ability to work on site 3 days per week per company policy. The annual salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 in New York. We seek an exceptional Partner Lead (account executive) to spearhead partner (account) engagement, retention, and acquisition (business development) of companies based in Latin America. This role requires managing high-level relationships with Forbes 2000 calibre firms and industry leaders in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance, private investors, etc.), energy and materials (electricity, oil & gas, metals & mining), and consumer industries (retail, agriculture, consumer goods). The ideal candidate brings a track record of experience in business development and account management, working with clients in financial services, technology, or top-tier consulting firms. An extensive C-suite network and regional expertise in Latin America are essential. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is strongly preferred. Reporting Lines and Interactions: The Partner Lead (account manager) reports to the Head of Business Engagement for Latin America and collaborates with senior internal stakeholders and top corporate executives. Key Responsibilities: Build, strengthen, and expand strategic relationships with top-tier business partners. Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies with Forum activities aligned with partner business objectives. Deliver industry insights and actionable thought leadership that empower business leaders to make informed strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop targeted country and industry engagement strategies by identifying key stakeholders, emerging market trends, and business opportunities to drive impactful partnerships. Key Performance Indicators: Ability to cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships. High partner retention, engagement, and satisfaction scores. Partnership acquisition (business development) Preferred Skills and Experience Masters degree 7+ years of experience in financial services (investment banking, sales, strategy), technology, or strategy consulting, with a strong emphasis on client-facing roles, commercial strategy, and business development, including driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, or developing strategic partnerships. Deep expertise in the Brazilian and Mexican private sectors with an extensive network. Proven ability to navigate and influence complex stakeholder environments. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience desired. High-energy, results-driven leader with a strategic and analytical mindset.
