CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO Estos puestos han de cubrirse en las oficinas en los paises, los despachos regionales y la Sede, y los titulares rinden cuentas al Jefe de Dependencia, Jefe u Oficial de Finanzas, o bien a la persona designada a tal efecto. En este nivel, los titulares de estos puestos deben asumir la responsabilidad de llevar a termino una serie de procesos y actividades relacionadas con las finanzas y el presupuesto que requieren un cierto nivel de interpretacion de las directrices y practicas estandar. Ademas, pueden recomendar una determinada linea de accion a funcionarios de diversos niveles y asignar tareas a otros funcionarios de apoyo. FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO: Sostener la prestacion efectiva de servicios de apoyo en las esferas de las finanzas, el presupuesto y la administracion, con el fin de facilitar la utilizacion transparente y eficiente de los recursos financieros. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva): 1. Realizar la revision inicial y analisis en profundidad de los FACEs asignados. 2. Coordinar y ser el punto focal de comunicacion con los socios cooperantes para resolver dudas y/o solicitar informacion adicional. 3. Coordinar con los equipos de NGO y FIN para asegurar una comunicacion fluida y eficiente. 4. Monitorear el proceso de pago de los FACEs y garantizar que se cumplan los plazos establecidos. 5. Elaboracion de reportes periodicos: Generar reportes periodicos sobre el estado de los FACEs, los pagos y los indicadores clave de desempeno (KPIs) relacionados con la gestion financiera de los socios. 6. Realizar visitas de oversight y seguimiento en field offices 7. Desarrollar herramientas y modelos de analisis financiero para evaluar el desempeno de los socios. 8. Colaborar con los equipos tecnicos de WFP para el desarrollo de herramientas: Desarrollar herramientas y modelos de analisis para mejorar la eficiencia y la precision de la revision de los FACEs. 9. Participacion en proyectos especiales: Participar en proyectos especiales relacionados con la mejora de los procesos financieros, como la implementacion de nuevos sistemas o la automatizacion de tareas. 10. Capacitacion a socios: Impartir capacitaciones a los socios cooperantes sobre los requisitos financieros de WFP y las mejores practicas para la elaboracion de reportes. 11. Gestionar la documentacion relacionada con los FACEs y mantener una base de datos actualizada 12. Otras determinadas por el supervisor. OTROS REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO Brindar soporte administrativo y financiero a los equipos de NGO y FIN, asegurando la eficiencia y la calidad en la gestion de los reportes financieros de los socios cooperantes. EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPENAR ESTA FUNCION: Experiencia previa trabajando con socios implementadores (NGOs o agencias SNU) en revision financiera, verificacion de reportes y seguimiento de desembolsos.

  • Experiencia comprobada en analisis y seguimiento de documentos financieros, incluyendo plan de avance de implementacion, presupuestos y conciliaciones.
  • Manejo de seguimiento presupuestario y monitoreo financiero de proyectos
  • Experiencia coordinando con multiples equipos (finanzas, programas, ONG) y gestionando comunicacion directa con externos (socios) para aclarar observaciones o solicitar informacion adicional.
  • Habilidad para elaborar reportes financieros y KPIs, y presentar resultados de manera clara a equipos tecnicos o de gestion. CUALIFICACIONES ACADEMICAS ESTANDAR MINIMAS: Formacion: Perfil profesional con una solida formacion en contabilidad o finanzas, licenciatura finalizada, experiencia comprobada en analisis financiero y excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y resolucion de problemas. Idiomas: Dominio avanzado del idioma espanol y deseable ingles basico.
