CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO Y FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO: El Cluster de Logistica Global (GLC, por sus siglas en ingles) forma parte de la arquitectura humanitaria del Comite Permanente entre Organismos (IASC, por sus siglas en ingles), junto con otros diez clusteres globales. Esta liderado por el Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP, por sus siglas en ingles) y tiene como objetivo fortalecer la cooperacion y las alianzas en el ambito logistico humanitario. El Grupo de Trabajo de Logistica (GTL) coordina directamente con sus socios y partes interesadas la respuesta logistica ante emergencias. Entre estos actores se incluyen ONG internacionales, el Movimiento de la Cruz Roja, agencias de Naciones Unidas, gobiernos, instituciones academicas y donantes. En Venezuela, el GTL fue aprobado formalmente por el IASC el 05 de mayo de 2025. El Asistente de Manejo de Informacion del GTL en Venezuela es responsable de apoyar los sistemas de coordinacion mediante la consolidacion, analisis y difusion de informacion logistica clave, asegurando la produccion de productos informativos confiables y oportunos. Ademas, facilita el enlace con agencias de la ONU, ONG y contrapartes nacionales para garantizar flujos de informacion eficientes que respalden la toma de decisiones y las operaciones logisticas de los socios humanitarios. El puesto de Asistente de Manejo de Informacion estara basado en Caracas y reportara al Coordinador del Grupo de Trabajo de Logistica (GTL). RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva) Actuar como punto focal para la consolidacion, analisis, produccion y difusion de productos e informes del Grupo de Trabajo de Logistica (GTL), adaptados a los formatos requeridos. Productos clave: actualizaciones logisticas, boletines, bases de datos y reportes. Servir como enlace entre los miembros del GTL, miembros de otros grupos de trabajo, clusteres y contrapartes nacionales para recopilar y validar informacion destinada a informes diarios y boletines, asegurando la inclusion de desafios logisticos. Desarrollar, actualizar y estandarizar formatos, plantillas y herramientas para la recoleccion, organizacion y almacenamiento de datos (listas de correos, matrices de seguimiento, tablas dinamicas, entre otros), promoviendo su uso coherente entre los socios. Recopilar, analizar y difundir informacion logistica clave, en coordinacion con agencias ONU, ONG y autoridades involucradas en la respuesta humanitaria. Incluye mapeos de capacidades, analisis de brechas, necesidades e infografias. Administrar y actualizar el contenido de la pagina del GTL en Venezuela, en coordinacion con el equipo de apoyo del Cluster de Logistica Global en Roma. Mantener mecanismos internos de intercambio, documentacion y archivo centralizado conforme a lineamientos del GLCSC. Apoyar al Coordinador del Grupo de Trabajo de Logistica en la redaccion y revision de propuestas e informes, la preparacion de insumos para reportes internos y externos y la recopilacion de informacion operativa clave. Coordinar estrechamente con OCHA, otras agencias de la ONU y ONGs para difundir informacion logistica relevante y actualizada. Participar en reuniones sobre restricciones de acceso y reportar cuellos de botella regularmente. Trabajar con socios de terreno para identificar necesidades de informacion, brindar capacitacion y orientacion, y apoyar formaciones y talleres cuando corresponda. Evaluar la sensibilidad de la informacion recopilada y garantizar la confidencialidad de fuentes cuando sea necesario. Realizar otras tareas asignadas segun necesidades operativas DESTREZAS DESEADAS: Conocimiento de herramientas SIG (sistema de informacion geografico). Conocimiento de herramientas como Power BI o Tableau. Conocimiento del sistema de Naciones Unidas. Se requiere disponibilidad inmediata. CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS: Educacion: Titulacion universitaria en Sistemas, Ciencias Sociales, Economia, Ciencias Politicas, Relaciones Internacionales, Periodismo, Comunicacion Social y campos relacionados o experiencia relevante equivalente Experiencia: Experiencia minima de tres anos en tareas afines al cargo. Experiencia profesional previa en gestion de informacion, comunicaciones y/o informes; experiencia con sistemas de informes/seguimiento; trabajando en una respuesta de emergencia humanitarias Idiomas: Dominio Avanzado, hablado y escrito, del espanol.
