Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: But du Poste: Le HIRO est responsable de la gestion des operations informatiques sur le terrain concernant la Technologie Last Mile Mobile Solution et le systeme de suivi des denrees Commodity Tracking System (CTS). Cela inclut de fournir un support technique au personnel de terrain lors des enregistrements et des distributions. En plus du systeme LMMS qui aide le personnel de terrain a faire la distribution, le HIRO doit produire les rapports de distribution (CSR, RSR, LSR, DT…) a travers le systeme CTS et produire egalement les rapports de perte. Responsabilites majeures: Produire et verifier le rapport mensuel et sassurer quils sont produits dans le delai requis en utilisant le systeme CTS/LMMS Appuyer le FAIR Coordinator Charge du CTS/LMMS a repondre aux objectifs relatifs aux rapports et a lutilisation du systeme LMMS. Assurer le suivi des rapports des visites du centre de reception, d’expedition et de distribution, d’inspection des camions, d’inspections des magasins (entrepots), les rapports sur les endommagements, pertes, les inventaires physiques hebdomadaires, mensuels des entrepots.

  • Assurer le controle qualite, la verification et le classement de tous les rapports, notamment les rapports de distribution, les rapports CTS/LMMS mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, ainsi que d’autres rapports relatifs, afin de faciliter leur acces. Faire le backup du systeme CTS/LMMS et les stocker dans un disque amovible et s’assurer que tous les ordinateurs soient a labri des virus. Sassurer que tous les moniteurs de distribution et les magasiniers preparent les rapports dactivites, les rapports de pertes et dommages et sassurer que la documentation est faite correctement. Maintenir au bureau des fichiers separes pour chaque perte et sassurer que les pertes sont disposees conformement aux politiques de lorganisation. Assurer le bon fonctionnement du system LMMS lors de lenregistrement des beneficiaires, lenrolement, les mises a jour sur les menages, les activites de distribution des vivres ou denrees de base et de fournir les rapports lies a ces activites. Travailler en collaboration avec HIRO /IT Coordinator et Chef du projet sur la preparation de laudit.Qualifications: Education / connaissances / competences techniques et de l’experience
  • College Equivalent a l’obtention du diplome de 2 ans avec des cours majeures en informatique, comptabilite, en finance, en economie ou dans un domaine connexe et un an d’experience de comptabilite de fonds general, ou une combinaison equivalente d’etudes et d’experience suffisant pour reussir a accomplir les taches essentielles de l’emploi dont la liste figure ci-dessus.
  • Au moins un an sur les mains experience de suivi des vivres et de la comptabilite
  • Avoir des competences en informatique sur MySQL, MS Access, MS Excel et MS Word.
  • Doit etre pret a travailler de longues heures dans un environnement stressant dur et les zones a risque de securite.
  • Honnete, travailleur et craignant Dieu avec la capacite de se comporter en accord avec les valeurs chretiennes et la comprehension de l’enonce de mission de Vision Mondiale.
  • Doit etre en mesure de travailler en equipe et avoir une bonne gestion / supervision et des competences interpersonnelles.
