Cargo: Asistente Tecnico de Datos y Automatizacion Ubicacion: Guayaquil Tipo de contrato: Giro de Negocio/Medio tiempo (4 horas diarias) Jornada: Lunes a Viernes 08h0012h00 Proposito del cargo: Tu mision sera analizar, integrar y visualizar datos para fortalecer los procesos de monitoreo y evaluacion, impulsando proyectos que generen un mayor impacto en la vida de ninos, ninas, adolescentes y comunidades. Funciones principales: Colaborar en el desarrollo y administracion de dashboards y reportes ejecutivos, facilitando el acceso a informacion clave para la gestion de proyectos. Participar en espacios de lecciones aprendidas, innovacion y capacitacion interna, promoviendo mejoras de procesos, buenas practicas y desarrollo de capacidades. Apoyar en la implementacion de procesos ETL y automatizacion de datos, gestionando flujos institucionales y asegurando la calidad de la informacion con herramientas como Power Query, Power BI, Excel, R y/o Python. Requisitos clave: Graduado en Economia, Estadistica, Ciencias de Datos, Ingenieria en Sistemas o carreras afines. Experiencia de 2 anos en analisis de datos y uso de herramientas de inteligencia de negocios como Power BI, Power Query y Excel avanzado. Deseable experiencia en monitoreo y evaluacion de proyectos y capacidad de sistematizacion y gestion de conocimiento.
