Key Responsibilities: Pilotage financier et budgetaire : suivi et controle des budgets, previsions de tresorerie, clotures mensuelles, rapports financiers aux bailleurs et respect du cadre reglementaire centrafricain Conformite et audit : application du Manuel de Procedures, du Reglement Interieur et des obligations legales centrafricaines (Code du Travail, fiscalite, SPONG), preparation des audits internes et externes Migration et modernisation (SAGE) : migration des donnees, formalisation des processus financiers et validation Conformite RH, fiscale & veille legislative : supervision paie, charges sociales, obligations administratives, respect des conventions et lois locales, suivi du cadre legal et reglementaire RCA Supervision & renforcement des capacites internes : appui technique a lequipe administrative, formation aux procedures financieres et administratives. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE Master en Finance, Audit, Comptabilite, Gestion ou equivalent.

  • 5 7 ans dexperience en gestion financiere au sein dONG internationales ou structures financees par des bailleurs institutionnels.
  • Maitrise avancee de SAGE ou dun logiciel comptable similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance des regles des bailleurs institutionnels.
  • Experience dans la remise a plat de comptabilites “en retard” ou la formalisation de procedures internes.
  • Experience dans la preparation daudits externes.
  • Connaissance du cadre fiscal et du Code du Travail en RCA. Francais courant obligatoire Anglais professionnel souhaite Deplacements ponctuels possibles en province selon besoins organisationnels. Travail de bureau prolonge. Capacite a travailler sous pression lors des periodes de rapportage et daudit.
