Key Responsibilities: Liderar la gestion Contable, Financiera y de Compras de la Organizacion, con el fin de proporcionar informacion veraz, oportuna y confiable, asi como asegurar el adecuado manejo de los recursos, dando cumplimiento a las politicas, lineamientos organizacionales, normatividad vigente del pais y el Manual Financiero de la confraternidad. RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
- Asegurar la preparacion de la reporteria financiera con un monitoreo coherente y de calidad de la contabilidad y finanzas de la organizacion, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las politicas organizacionales, donantes y leyes locales.
- Presentacion de informacion financiera nacional consolidada al liderazgo para la toma de decisiones
- Asegurar la disponibilidad y oportunidad del flujo de fondos, para garantizar la operacion regular de programas y proyectos de VM.
- Coordinar el proceso de presupuestario de la ON, correctamente llevado y en los tiempos establecidos.
- Asegurar el liderazgo, y desarrollo del personal a su cargo en Compras, contabilidad y finanzas.
- Realizar el seguimiento y asegurar la aplicacion de las recomendaciones de auditorias internacionales, externas e internas, para garantizar la adecuada aplicacion de las recomendaciones de auditoria.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de la liquidacion y pago oportuno de las obligaciones impositivas de la organizacion. EXPERIENCIAS, CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES: Habilidades, conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:
- Licenciatura en auditoria, contabilidad, administracion de empresas o en aereas economicas financieras.
- Experiencia de 3 anos (minimo) en cargos similares en el area financiera-contable.
- Conocimientos actualizados del marco legal Tributario y financiero-contable a nivel local.
- CPA, CPI, ACCA o CIMA colegiado segun los requerimientos locales.
- Nivel de Ingles avanzado (indispensable) Habilidades, conocimientos y experiencia preferidos:
- Postgrado en Areas Financieras.
- Experiencia en el area financiera de ONGS u organismos de cooperacion.
- Lograr resultados y servicio de calidad.
- Comunicar eficazmente la informacion.
- Practicar la responsabilidad y la integridad.
- Practicar la innovacion y el cambio.
- Conocer el sector humanitario y/o de ONGs.
- Mostrar una vida y un trabajo centrados en Cristo.
