Key Responsibilities: Provide support for creative package of marketing communications products, including design graphics and video, that will be used for organizations external and internal publications. Manage brand alignment in all creative products for development and emergency context programme. Strategy Development & Planning Contribute to strategic business process development for effective communications material productions Provide creative directions for brand alignment include safeguarding element in all communications material Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement /Project Management Manage all function of content creation to bring appealing and impactful communications product Develop organizations accountability publications to leverage organization positioning Develop creative and communicative marketing products to increase resources & awareness for organizations, including making and editing simple videos and designs through applications if needed (e.g.: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) Work with outsource video/photographers, graphic designers to deliver qualified communications products timely Capacity Building/ Technical works Assist and giving support for implementation or marketing and communications activity to reach awareness and resources in alignment with brand guidelines, and related policies (such as Safeguarding) Support production of communications plan for grant/contract and corporate/retail programs Implement Public Engagement & Communications capacity building strategy and plan in close coordination with Operations, People & Culture and Regional Office. Accountability & Quality Assurance Ensure timely delivery of quality resources for all communications channels Ensure timely delivery of quality content requested by national and/or world vision parnetship Ensure Brand & Safeguarding alignment in all Communications products Networking & Coordination Coordinating with relevant departments related to communications needs Management & Leadership Develop and manage annual performance agreement Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization’s life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve. Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties. Manage all risks related to communications according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks. Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Design / Art / Creative major study Minimum 3 years professional experience in advertisement agency or media or similar position At least general professional experience with communication productions process Comfortable with and excited by managing in an entrepreneurial environment with complex work streams Good phyical health Personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ, as expressed through WVs vision, mission and core values Must possess excellent taste and strong interest in human-interest and documentary stories, photography and other creative products Excellent skill of MS Offices and content-creating applications (Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Capcut etc) Demonstrated the ability to think and manage strategically, plan and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Safeguarding Policy WVI implements a Safeguarding Policy as a form of our commitment to protect children and adult beneficiaries.
