Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily front-office operations in a busy school environment
- Managing payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handling billing, tuition accounts, and monthly statements
- Maintaining student and staff records
- Assisting with admissions, enrollment, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting leadership with scheduling, communication, and reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service to families and staff
- Experience with onboarding new staff and HR policies

Qualifications:
- Experience in school administration or similar fast-paced office setting
- Strong skills inpayroll,billing, andtuition account management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with office software and database systems
