Behavioral Health Services Director

Our community-based Behavioral Health Programs promote stability and well-being as part of individuals broader treatment plans through County of Marins Full Service Partnerships. We do not currently provide therapy or psychiatric treatment.

As Behavioral Health Services Director, you will provide licensed oversight of behavioral health services for individuals with complex needs, including co-occurring conditions such as housing instability or justice system involvement.

This role requires experience supervising teams and working within Medi-Cal funded systems. You will ensure services meet Medi-Cal documentation and billing standards while maintaining clinical integrity and advancing accessible, person-centered care.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the COO and the Directors of Employment, Living Skills and Case Management to design integrated services that reflect disability justice principles and foster hospitality, accessibility and belonging.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $130,000$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
