Majuro Cooperative School is a pre-K to 12th grade school located in Majuro, the capital city of the Marshall Islands. We are seeking adventurous teachers who are looking for a professionally challenging and rewarding teaching experience. Qualifications:

• Flexible, able to work autonomously as well as take directions as needed
• Experience with US Common Core State Standards, NGSS, and research based reading strategies/instruction.
• Ability to work with students and their families in a variety of capacities
• Passionate, organized, collaborative, and flexible.
• Strong communication and ability to build and maintain relationships with teachers, parents, students and the Coop School community
• Bachelors degree required and teaching certification preferred

Start date: July 16,2026

Compensation:

2 year contract total compensation package including salary, on campus housing and electricity stipend (total package including benefits of $20,240-25,840 per year) with round trip flights from/to the point of hire at the beginning and end of contract. Additional opportunities for after school activities and summer school.
