Legal Services of New Jersey, the statewide coordinating agency for New Jerseys network of non-profit corporations that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents, has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to provide legal advice, brief services, and representation to victims of domestic and sexual violence in family court matters (e.g., restraining and protective order hearings, divorce, child support, and custody). Previous experience in the practice of law affecting low-income people especially family/domestic violence is preferred. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
