- Complete comprehensive chemical use and mental health assessments for adolescents
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and clinical criteria
- Collaborate with courts, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Lead chemical use groups and determine appropriate curricula
- Provide education and prevention programming to the community
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in supervision and quality improvement Who Were Looking For:
- M.A. or M.S. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families required.
- Licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska (LMHP) required.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Nebraska (LADC or PLADC) or willingness to attain provisional status within 12 months of employment required.
- Licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Registered Provider Status in the State of Nebraska preferred. Physical & Safety Requirements:
- Reasonably expected to have and maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful (physical, mental and emotional) situations encountered on the job without compromising their health and well-being or that of their fellow employees, youth, or families.
