Were looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to lead creative, highimpact communications that strengthen connection to our purpose, strategy and values. As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will: Create clear, engaging multichannel content, intranet articles, leadership messages, videos, Viva Engage posts and campaign materials. Manage and evolve our core internal comms channels, ensuring timely, relevant, highperforming content. Plan and deliver internal campaigns aligned to our Five Ambitions and People strategy. Coordinate colleague listening forums and support initiatives that enhance engagement and culture. Measure communications effectiveness and provide insight-led recommendations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping messaging and bestpractice communication approaches. Plan and deliver key internal events across the year. To succeed as our Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will bring: 7+ years experience in internal communications Strong storytelling skills and a flair for creative content Strong planning and delivery skills Experience managing multi-channel comms in complex organisations Expertise in digital communications and internal social media channel strategy Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills A passion for enhancing colleague experience through great communications and engagement activities Helping you feel good.
