We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the delivery of Wellcomes Early Careers Strategy across, creating a talent pipeline to support delivery of the mission. The minimum requirements of the role are: Experience of managing early careers talent attraction, assessment, selection, management and development. Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices. Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes. Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data. Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.
