Responsibilities:
Email & HTML Production
- Build, code, and ensure quality assurance for major email communication (newsletters, fundraising, urgent alerts, events). Requires prior experience with responsive HTML email coding.
- Maintain consistent templates and branding.
WordPress/HTML (Landing Pages & Web Support)
- Create or update HTML pages for events, sign ups, and campaigns.
- Ensure pages are properly coded and tracked and connected to the correct systems.
- Work with consultants to develop updated presentation styles.
Salesforce & Pardot Support
- Maintain the backend systems that power emails, forms, and member communication. Prior Salesforce/Pardot experience required.
- Keep donation, membership, and website data flowing correctly between systems.
- Troubleshoot sync and automation issues. Ability to independently resolve technical issues.
Data & Tracking
- Organize and maintain donation tracking, website analytics, and email performance data.
- Manage tagging and tracking so we can clearly see what is working with members. Ensure cross-platform consistency.
- Support the creation of reliable dashboards. Assist in documenting SOPs for continuity.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and WordPress.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and email campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and shift priorities in response to fast-moving events.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while working productively within a team.
- Strategic thinker with organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working with nonprofits and/or law firms/legal organizations a plus.
- Commitment to ACSs mission and vision.
