Organizacion, habilidad en ventas, comunicacion efectiva, negociacion, capacidad de analisis, atencion al detalle FUNCIONES Planear y cumplir con las metas de su equipo de trabajo. Proporcionar adecuadamente servicios de micro credito a los microempresarios. Realizar reporte mensual de cierre de cartera Capacitar y desarrollar constantemente al equipo de trabajo Crear un buen equipo de trabajo, proporcionando guia, direccion y motivacion a su equipo de trabajo Llevar a cabo una induccion apropiada para los nuevos oficiales de credito y auxiliares administrativos.
