Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in communication, journalism, international relations, digital communications or related field is required.
  • Academic Qualifications: A first-level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
  • Academic Qualifications: Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable..
  • Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
  • Language: For this job opening, English is required.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, international relations, or other relevant areas, is required.
  • Experience designing communications/information strategies and campaigns, preferably for a large-scale international conference is required.
  • Experience in a broad range of public information and communication tools, including new media and social networking tools is required.
  • Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable..
