Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: To qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met: (a) Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or, (b) Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
- Academic Qualifications: No prior work experience is required to apply for the United Nations Internship Programme.
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
- Academic Qualifications: However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants must be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D.
- Academic Qualifications: Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D.

Skills
- The internship is located within the United Nations Information Service (UNIS) at Geneva.
- The intern will report directly to the News Producer for French News.
- The intern will assist in the production of multimedia content for ONU Info, UNTV and UN Geneva public information platforms.
- Duties include, but are not limited to: 1.
- Coverage of UN Geneva Press Briefings – Attend the regular UN Geneva press briefings. – Edit news clips, compile shotlists and assist with transcripts, subtitles and storylines under tight deadlines. – Produce French-language video clips for UNIS Geneva and ONU Info platforms. 4.
