Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: To qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met: (a) be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent); or (c) have graduated with a university degree (as defined above).
- Academic Qualifications: OFFICIAL WRITTEN PROOF FROM THE UNIVERSITY SUPPORTING ONE OF THE ABOVE POSSIBILITIES MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE INSPIRA APPLICATION. 1.
- Academic Qualifications: Be computer literate and proficient in standard software applications (e.g., MS Office 365 or similar). 2.
- Academic Qualifications: Have a demonstrated keen interest in the work of the United Nations and have a personal commitment to the ideals of the Charter. 3.
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.

Skills
- Support in a review of available documents and research to contribute to the development and management of the Department’s corporate key performance indicators (KPI);
- Help build, process, organize and transcribe structured surveys to support evidence-based decision-making and internal consensus building;
- Support and assist the team with the development of dashboards and visualizations for senior managers and provide user support;
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs by helping validate, process and organize datasets;
- Assist in the maintenance of the Performance Measurement Dashboard on a regular basis;
- Support the transition to more automated, sustainable and robust data pipelines in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment;
- Conduct research, compile information from different sources and assist with preparation of background documents as requested;
- Assist in preparing for meetings with partners;
- Contribute to data entry, updating database and programme related documents;
- Assist in editing and revision of reports, briefs and other documents as needed;
- Assist in drafting correspondence, talking points, reports and presentations;
- Assist with preparation and dissemination of materials including meeting notes and reports;
