The role:

This role will support our Crossroads adult diversion scheme. Based in North Yorkshire, Crossroads helps to prevent people from entering the criminal justice system or divert them away to reduce re-offending.

Tasks may include:

Assist the team with home visits.

Running drop-ins at mental health hubs and/or womens centres.

Assist the team with administration tasks such as writing up case notes.

Spread the message about Crossroads mission.

Shadow appointments with potential to co-manage a caseload.

Using SystmOne to update client records.
