This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to Executive Office of the Secretary-General’s mission in international cooperation and sustainable development. Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: At least a first-level degree in management, business, analytics, computer science, information systems, public administration, political science, international relations, or other related social sciences.
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, data management, analytics, digital workflow and solutions design, or similar is required.
- Academic Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in using analytical / engineering tools (e.g.
- Academic Qualifications: Python, SQL, R, PowerQuery) is required.
- Academic Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft 365 digital ecosystem (e.g.
- Academic Qualifications: SharePoint, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Excel) is required.

Skills
- Develop data processing workflows using Python, SQL, R, PowerQuery or equivalent tools to ensure high-quality, interoperable datasets.
- In alignment with organizational policies and responsible AI standards, incorporate AI / natural language processing (NLP) techniques where relevant to enhance data quality and usability. 2.
- Deployment, Maintenance and Support: Oversee implementation and release cycles for digital products, including version control, documentation, and user support mechanisms.
- Establish procedures for data recovery, system updates, and continuity of solutions. 4.
- Project Coordination and Implementation: Support project implementation, liaising with internal service providers, and coordinating timelines.
- Assist in planning and delivering trainings, briefings, and onboarding sessions to end-users and other stakeholders. 5.
