Starting Pay: $20-22/hour Based on experience Full-Time Shifts: Primarily weekdays with on-call rotation (some early mornings/evenings required)

- Set and evaluate short- and long-term goals for each child
- Monitor and support foster families through regular visits and training
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community professionals
- Respond to client emergencies and assist in reunification or aftercare services Who Were Looking For: Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field
- 1+ year experience working with children and families
- Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of job required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.
- Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws required.
- Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required. Physical & Safety Requirements: Ability to work in high-stress situations and diverse environments
