Skills
- The ISP secretariat is organizing the 1st Plenary ISP meeting at the CICG from the 1-6 February 2026 and INC is organizing INC 5.3 on the 7 February 2026.
- The consultancy is to assist the ISP-CWP and INC Secretariats in the preparation for, and at the ISP-CWP P1 and INC 5.3 meetings to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, consecutively from 1 to 7 February 2026.
- The consultancy services will provide effective IT service geared to the successful outcomes of the two meetings.
- The consultancy services will: a.
- Provide support for maintenance of IT equipment throughout the CICG venue during the meetings, for tasks such as malfunctioning laptops/desktops and peripherals, changing of toner and ink cartridges, connection, and login issues for laptops/desktops. b.
- Assist staff members and delegates to resolve IT related issues thought the meetings in a timely manner, upon their request or the request of other staff members.
- Assist in the distribution of spare laptops as temporary replacements. c.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the meeting intranet platform..
