This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights’s mission in international cooperation and sustainable development. Working in Haiti, you will apply your professional skills to address complex challenges in international cooperation and sustainable development and support the organization’s programmatic objectives. This role offers the flexibility of consultancy work while contributing to meaningful international development outcomes with global impact.

Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: – Etre titulaire dune maitrise (BAC+5) en sciences sociales, gestion de projet, developpement rural ou tout autre domaine pertinent pour realiser letude. – Un diplome inferieur au niveau BAC+3 (licence) sera accepte sil est accompagne dune longue experience (plus de 7 ans) professionnelle justifiee en rapport a la consultation.
- Language: Avoir une bonne maitrise du francais et du creole.
- Language: La connaissance de langlais est un atout.
Skills
- Collecter, traiter et analyser les informations concernant chaque indicateur formule dans le cadre des resultats et produits du projet ;
- Etablir la valeur actuelle de chaque indicateur formule dans le cadre des resultats et produits du projet avant le debut des activites ;
- Proposer des possibilites dajustement de certains indicateurs si necessaire en vue de faciliter leur conformite au modele SMART de la gestion axee sur les resultats (GAR) .
