Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in data science, computer science, information management, statistics, public administration, public information, management or a related field is required. A first-level university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in data science, data analytics, applied mathematics, information management or related area is required. Experience with risk modeling, predictive analys is and quantitative risk assessment is required. Experience of data Science tools such as Jupyter, Matlab, Knime, SPSS, SAS, or similar Statistical Programming Languages such as R, Python, Javascript or related is required. Experience with disaster risk reduction related modeling for public and/or private sector is desirable. Work experience with multi-hazard risk modeling and analys is related to natural hazards is desirable.
