Qualifications
- A first-level university degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field, is required. Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is an advantage.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. Russian and Tajik are required. - A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related area is required. The years of experience are reduced to 1 with a second level university degree (masters or equivalent). Experience working in an automated customs environment is desirable. Experience in supporting United Nations or similar international organization technical cooperation programmes is desirable. 1 year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
