Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary school education, plus a supplementary of a certificate or diploma in either Information Technology, Computer Studies or Information Systems is required.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. German is desirable.   • A minimum of five years of experience in information technology support, including end-user assistance, device deployment, and Microsoft 365 support (Teams, Sh are Point, Power Apps, One Drive etc.) is required Experience in managing user accounts in Azure Active Directory and deploying Windows devices using Intune or similar cloud-based management tools is required Experience supporting Drupal-based websites at a basic administrative level is desirable. Work experience in an international or multicultural environment is desirable.
