Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in environment, climate change, meteorology, climatology or a similar related field is required. A first-level degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the specified fields of studies with two (2) additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable.

- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in project management related to environment, early warning systems and/or climate change is required. Previous experience of working with government entities and other stakeholders in implementing activities at country level, particularly in the Eastern Europe or Central Asia region, is required. Previous experience in implementing projects according to requirements of Global Funds or similar funding mechanisms is required. Demonstrated experience in strengthening climate information services and/or early warning systems is required. Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics related to environment and/or climate change is desirable.
