Our mission is to enrich the lives of children and adults with disabilities, and veterans of all theaters, through high quality programs of equine-assisted activities and therapies that foster confidence, connection, and growth in a safe, supportive environment. Xenophon is a certified member of PATH International and the winner of numerous international awards for our programs, staff, and herd.

We are currently seeking a 34 time Executive Director to guide our center.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Xenophon is seeking an experienced nonprofit professional to lead all aspects of our organization, with the primary focus being fundraising for the organization. The majority of the role of the Executive Director will be outward focused: cultivating donors and relationships. The Executive Director will also manage a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of our center. Working with the Board of Directors and the Program Director, the Executive Director will build the strategy and vision for Xenophons future, taking an active and creative role in shaping the impact of the organization for years to come.
