The Parkinsons Foundation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will help support the marketing activities of the Communications team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead public awareness campaigns and multicultural initiatives, including project management and overseeing the teams tasks, development of strategic plans, and results reports. Coordinate Spanish translation of marketing materials and landing page content.
    • Work with staff to manage marketing design templates in Canva. Lead staff Canva trainings and approve usage of the brand.
    • Work with the Signature Events team (Moving Day, Parkinsons Champions, Parkinsons Revolution) to create new marketing resources to expand and grow events and promote our brand.
    • Manage PF presence at conferences, working with the Associate Vice President of Marketing and members of the Conference Committee to strategically increase brand awareness among professional audiences. Travel to conferences, meetings and other designated Parkinsons Foundation events to set up booths and exhibit spaces is required, including some weekend travel. Expect 15-25 days of travel per year.
    • Work across departments and chapters to maintain brand integrity, style guide, and messaging consistency in all marketing collateral.
    • Manage branded promotional items, postcards, and signage rentals. Maintain inventory and internal processes for the distribution of these items, and work with departments on requests for new marketing collateral. Compile monthly accounting and inventory reports.
    • Manage Foundations merchandise shop, including creating new items for purchase, promoting the store, and reporting on sales.
    • Support planning and execution of video and photography for new marketing collateral.
    • Assist with writing content for videos, review videos, and provide feedback as needed.
    • Update team planning documents, agendas, yearly goals and calendars for the comms team; maintain shared file storage and inventory of marketing collateral.
