Community Food Share is seeking a visionary Corporate Relations Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives in partnership development and fundraising innovation. This pivotal role is tailored for a dynamic professional who excels in building strategic alliances and crafting innovative fundraising strategies.
As our Corporate Relations Manager, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies, focusing on fostering relationships with corporate partners to secure vital financial support through sponsorships, grants, gifts, and collaborative campaigns. The Senior Corporate Relations Manager is a highly visible position, responsible for the creative development, design, implementation, and evaluation of corporate fundraising strategies. This position will own all components of moves management, inclusive of soliciting and strengthening relationships with existing corporate partners and identifying potential partnership opportunities for employee matching programs, sponsorship, and annual support. This position will plan and implement aggressive fundraising strategies, resulting in increased revenue and community awareness. Strong emphasis will be placed on the oversight and intentional growth of the corporate portfolio and successfully securing annual support for Community Food Share.

A typical work schedule would be Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Working after hours, on occasional holidays and weekends may be expected.
Essential Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Budget Management:Develop and implement corporate fundraising plans, collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and budget development, ensuring revenue goals are met. Develop benchmarks to measure the success of corporate fundraising strategies and maintain accurate corporate records in Raisers Edge.
Corporate Partnership & Portfolio Management:Serve as the primary contact for corporate partners, managing a portfolio that includes prospecting, engagement, stewardship, and recognition, while aligning CSR goals with organizational objectives. Create compelling proposals, sponsorship materials, and contracts that focus on long-term corporate relationships and align with corporate partner priorities. Collaborate with the Volunteer Department to manage corporate volunteer opportunities.
Corporate Sponsorships for Events:Lead the identification, securing, and management of corporate sponsorships for special events, ensuring fulfillment of sponsor benefits and delivering results back to sponsors.
Promotions Program Growth:Lead the growth and management of the corporate promotions program, focused on expansion, increasing visibility, and generating new revenue streams.
