POSITION TITLE:Older Adult Social Worker
EXEMPTION STATUS:Exempt
REPORTS TO:Director of Older Adult Services
POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Older Adult Social Worker provides social work services to clients who are living with HIV and over the age of 50 years. This position provides specialist consult for addressing complex health and social needs for the aging in place program participants and for aging care in general.
