The Opportunity
Were looking for a Program Coordinator to help design, deliver, and grow our portfolio of programs supporting small and medium-sized business (SMB) founders, especially those from under-resourced communities. This role is ideal for an operationally strong, data-driven leader-in-training whos ready to grow into a future Head of Programs role. Youll coordinate across teams, support continuous learning systems, and play a key role in scaling our program model across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, execution, and refinement of milestone-driven learning programs for SMB founders.
- Partner with the Learning & Impact Directors to integrate data insights into program evolution and participant success metrics.
- Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for cohorts, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors, partners, and participants.
- Ensure accurate tracking of milestones, participation, and outcomes through CRM and learning platforms (HubSpot, Cypher Learning, etc.).
- Analyze participant data and help generate insights for reports, funder deliverables, and strategic decisions.
- Champion open- and closed-loop learning, translating founder and mentor feedback into actionable program improvements.
- Collaborate with senior program leaders to plan new initiatives and scale national partnerships.
- Contribute to process documentation and operational playbooks for future team expansion.
- Develop leadership capacity through exposure to cross-functional strategy, stakeholder relations, and ecosystem building.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or nonprofit development.
- Strong data fluency; comfort with CRMs, analytics, and iterative program improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
- Demonstrated empathy and cultural fluency with under-resourced and first-generation entrepreneurs.
- Growth mindset and desire to evolve into a senior leadership role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $65,000$80,000, depending on experience and location.
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development.
Primarily virtual with 23 in-person events annually (travel expenses covered).
